Fall Fun

As some of you that follow me on Facebook or know me personally already know, our family recently moved from Tennessee to Northern Virginia. While I'm in a bit of a transitional phase right now - surrounded by moving boxes and the task of unpacking them - I'm also missing one of my favorite times of the year to photograph families.
Fall brings so many beautiful colors with the changing of the leaves and the seasons, sweaters and boots, apple cider, pumpkins and so much more. I may have missed this season this year but I am also looking forward to getting out into the local area and learning more about it, exploring the DC area with my girls and meeting new friends.
We recently drove into the city and visited the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History - then walked towards the Washington Monument and let Liya blow her Dora Bubbles in the park. Here are a few snapshots from the day. Nothing fancy, not perfect shots but they capture the moments, the memories, of the day with my girls. We had fun. That's what matters. :)
I'm planning to begin accepting new clients and scheduling sessions in 2016. I have set some goals for the new year already and am working on updating my website, ordering some new props and gear, taking a few online classes to improve my skills, etc. So, if you're in this area or know anyone in this area and are interested in booking a session with me, please let me know. I'd love to capture some special images for you and help you Celebrate These Moments in your lives!
